1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player") and 330ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 330ok website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at 330ok.bet. These Terms apply to all users of the 330ok platform, regardless of location within Bangladesh.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer on the 330ok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility Requirements

• You are not accessing the 330ok platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the 330ok platform, and you have not been designated as a self-excluded player through any responsible gaming mechanism offered by 330ok.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf as the beneficial owner of the funds in your 330ok account, and you are not depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active 330ok account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which becomes the primary identifier for your 330ok account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

330ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bangladesh-compatible payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 330ok account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the 330ok Help section. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) target a processing time of 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds while an active bonus rollover is incomplete will result in the withdrawal being placed in a pending queue.
• 330ok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service.
• 330ok may request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding an amount determined at 330ok's sole discretion. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Deposits made via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn to the same payment method (return-to-source policy). This is a fraud prevention measure and applies at 330ok's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 330ok platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as the sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the 330ok Help section. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules take precedence.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 330ok does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in circumstances where 330ok determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error occurred in the display of odds or market outcomes.
• 330ok reserves the right to suspend any betting market or remove any game from availability at any time, including during live play, if technical issues, event cancellations, or integrity concerns arise. Bets placed on suspended or voided markets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that market.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. For live in-play markets, the odds at the moment of bet confirmation apply. 330ok is not liable for any discrepancy between estimated and final odds caused by network latency or device-side display delays.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet, per day, and per event, as published in the 330ok betting limits schedule. 330ok reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits at its discretion, without prior notice and without requirement to provide reasons.
• In the event of a technical failure that causes a game or bet to be interrupted or settle incorrectly, 330ok will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session and settle affected bets fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

Use of these tools does not require justification and will not result in any negative consequence for your account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 330ok platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All transactions on 330ok are monitored for compliance with applicable AML regulations. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes in a manner not intended for normal human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinating crash game cashout strategies across multiple accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of contact with 330ok, including misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or the source of funds in your account.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, misconfigured odds, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a platform error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's 330ok account without authorisation, reverse engineering any part of the 330ok platform, or attempting to interfere with the platform's security infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 330ok platform — including but not limited to the 330ok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 330ok or its licensed third-party content providers. No part of the 330ok platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 330ok.

The 330ok name and logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of 330ok trademarks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, affiliate marketing materials, or promotional content — without express written authorisation from 330ok is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 330ok, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 330ok platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. The 330ok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

330ok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 330ok platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the claim — contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

330ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or account security obligations.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification (KYC) documentation within the timeframe requested by 330ok, or provision of fraudulent identity documentation.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the 330ok platform or poses a risk to other players.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools or directly to the 330ok support team.

12. Amendments to These Terms

330ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual players. The revised Terms will be published on the 330ok platform with an updated effective date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Continued use of the 330ok platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account. Any bets or transactions in progress at the time of an amendment are governed by the Terms in effect at the time those transactions were initiated.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 330ok platform. In the event of any dispute between a player and 330ok, the player should first contact the 330ok support team to seek resolution. 330ok will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
